Kim has been pursuing a lifestyle of fitness for over 30+ years. She has been consistently involved in working out from aerobics, spin, kickboxing, weightlifting, and anything with an atmosphere for fun or challenge. Since 2013 she has been dedicated to training in functional fitness and coaching classes since 2018.
She was motivated to become a coach because she loves interacting with people. Her greatest reward is to see how helping someone improve in their physical training translates into improving their entire life. She takes it on as a challenge to help each member of a class, from beginner to advanced, to improve in their movement and get results.
Outside of the gym, she spends her time with her husband and 4 children. She also loves being with friends, cooking, travel, and photography.
