HYVE Fit Kids and Teens program helps young athletes gain strength, coordination, and confidence with full-body workouts done in a supportive and encouraging environment. Every workout is a safe, gamified experience that challenges our students for weight, reps, or time. Like our adult programs, these workouts vary in intention and intensity daily, and can be customized to suit any young athletes unique objectives.
Our experienced and passionate coaches will enhance your child's strength through weightlifting, build endurance through running, biking, rowing, and skiing... and embrace diverse exercises to prepare for life’s obstacles.
Classes offered weekdays at 4pm for ages 9-15.
