Shay has been coaching since 2016 and has been programing and training Teens and Kids for over 7 years. She is the middle of 10 children and has always loved working with the youth. She has a passion for helping family units to find a healthier life.
She became a certified yoga instructor in 2018, a certified nutritionist in 2019, and had previously worked in physically therapy and sports medicine.
When Shay isn’t training, she loves to travel, garden, read, and play outdoors.
