Prerequisites

You must be at least 16yo to participate in our adult classes. This offer is only valid for local residents who are attending the gym for their first time. Visitors and returning guests must pay a $20 drop-in fee or purchase a Punch Card. We keep our classes sizes small (14 max) so reservations are required.
